TWO of my friends here in Cherry Hill and Philly made the chicken last night for the first time and it was and it was a success for both families! Hurrah.

Hi Christy! Once you get used to having a sauna in your home it is hard not to. When we were moving around the globe we actually had a sauna built from a kit we ordered from Finland:-)in our back yard. It was a tiny little sauna and fit only 4 people... can you believe that?! That was the husband's doing though, I do just fine with a warm bath.

I will send you a recipe or two as soon I return to Helsinki. What do you think of Chinese or Thai from my days in Singapore and Thailand?

I could totally see myself living there. After visiting Finland and having a sauna in our rental property there, Matt and I have decided that if we ever build a house we're definitely putting a sauna in. Gorgeous photos - and I love that it can be assembled in just days! Hope you had a great weekend Charlie - lots of people are LOVING chicken marbella, by the way.
